The design
I described the idea for the trailer on the previous page. I had seen many trailers made from two trunk sections welded together. I wanted something better, something unique, that would set off the the great body lines of the Riviera.
How could I get a great looking front end to blend in with the rear section. My first thoughts were to cut 18 inches off a front clip and add it to the rear clip, then install the front chrome including the grill and front bumper.
After considering this idea for a while it would be nice to have this front section open for additional storage. And since it was going to open there would be a lot of metal work I began to rethink this project.
The next idea would entale using the whole front clip assembly.
